At IDLORD.PLUS, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order print products. Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.
1. Custom Products Are Non-Refundable
All business cards, QR code business cards, and rack cards are custom-made and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started or the order has been fulfilled.
2. Refunds Are Only Issued If:
lYou cancel your order before production begins
lYou receive a damaged or incorrect product due to our error
lWe are unable to fulfill your order for any reason
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue so we can review and offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the case.
4. Variations in Color or Layout
Minor variations in color, size, or layout can occur due to standard printing limitations. These do not qualify for refunds unless they deviate significantly from the approved digital proof.
