lDesign phase: 1–3 business days (if design assistance is requested)

lProduction: 3–7 business days depending on order size and complexity

lShipping starts only after production is completed and order approved

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:

lDHL / FedEx / UPS (express shipping)

lE-Packet / China Post (economy option for smaller orders)
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout or provided in the order confirmation.
Bulk or repeat orders may qualify for discounted or free shipping—please inquire.

4. Customs and Duties
